January 5, 2018 – From Sr. Zoe Ann Reiter

Path to the Woods The path was stony, but had a worn and comfortable feel to it, reminding me that the pebbles of life in the past have been “navigated and helped me to grow.” At the entrance to the woods, I felt a distinct coolness in the air almost warning me that to go farther would be to take a definite risk. The trees in front of me formed a canopy overhead blocking the view of where the path was going, how it would turn, where it would lead me, and the perils/blessings it would hold. Yet the sun was shining brightly, inviting me to come deeper into the unknown.
