Worship Coordinator/Keyboard Accompanist: The Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking an experienced Worship coordinator with vocal and piano/organ expertise and knowledge of Catholic liturgical services.This position is 20 - 24 hours per week with flexible hours including availability for weekdays and weekend Masses, holy days, funerals, and other special services. Responsibilities include coordination of all the worship and liturgical services for the Villa Maria Campus and providing inspiration for full participation of members of the Villa Community. Bachelor’s degree in music, liturgy, theology, or other relevant degree preferred along with three years’ experience.

Part-Time Lifestyle Engagement Assistant: The Lifestyle Engagement Assistant will support engagement activities in the four pillars of successful aging (physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual). This position maintains compliance with policy and procedure in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and facility standards, along with demonstrating an individual and team behavior that supports the mission and values of theSsisters of the Humility of Mary. Associate’s (A.A.) or bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited college or university in Therapeutic Lifestyle or Gerontology or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the gerontology field required.

Part-Time Social Media Assistant: The Social Media Assistant works closely with the Communications Coordinator to create engaging content for the organization’s social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences. Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree Preferred.

Part-Time Information Technology Assistant:
The Information Technology Assistant is responsible for assisting the Network Specialist with computer-related projects on an as-needed basis.  High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Full-Time or Part-Time Independent Sister Health Care Nurse: The Independent Sister Health Care Nurse works under the direction of Director of Sister Care to coordinate healthcare services for the Sisters. The Independent Sister Health Care Nurse also works in collaboration with the Lifestyle Engagement Coordinator to assist and support as needed. Flexible afternoon/evening shifts available. Education and/or Experience: Graduate of approved School of Practical Nursing or Registered Nursing. Knowledge in the field of Geriatrics is desirable. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current PA LPN or RN license and BLS (CPR) Certification

Health Services Staff: $1,000 sign-on bonus available after 6 months of good standing with the organization. We are looking for compassionate RNs, LPNs, and Nursing Assistants who will thrive in a person-centered care environment while providing 24-hour health care. Depending on position, duties include assessing, developing, and implementing individualized nursing care plans, assisting our Sisters with various activities of daily living, and providing personal care. Candidates must hold a PA license as an RN or LPN. Candidates for CNA must have achieved certification in PA. Must be willing to work all shifts as needed. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.

Full-Time and Part-Time Environmental Services Aides: Successful candidates need to be familiar with commercial housekeeping practices, preferably in the hospitality industry. These positions require good verbal and written communication skills, a basic understanding of the proportioning of chemicals, and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
