Development Office Assistant: The Sisters of the Humility of Mary at Villa Maria are currently searching for a part-time Development Office Assistant working 24 hours per week. The Development Assistant, as part of the fundraising team, is responsible for maintaining donor records, processing and acknowledging contributions, creating financial reports, and producing mailing lists for appeals and other mailings. This position also performs software upgrades, NCOA updates, conducts donor analysis, and assists the Development Coordinator in all donor projects and events as needed. Candidates must have a minimum of one to two years of experience working with donor databases, and proficiency in both Microsoft Word and Excel. An Associates Degree is required, Bachelors preferred. Experience with DonorPro/Salsa helpful. Benefits are offered such as Paid Time Off and a retirement plan
Environmental Services Aide: The Sisters of the Humility of Mary seek a compassionate individual to assist in their Environmental Services Department with all duties of housekeeping. Part-time position available. Benefits are offered such as Paid Time Off and a retirement plan.
Maintenance Technician: The Sisters of the Humility of Mary seek an experienced full-time Maintenance technician. Candidates will need general maintenance skills in all areas of maintenance including but not limited to, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc. Experience with boilers a plus. Opportunity for extra shifts to cover vacations or events. Position offers health insurance, Paid Time Off, and retirement plan.
Health Services Staff: We are always in need for per-diem (as needed) RNs, LPNs and Nursing Assistants to care for our Sisters. We are looking for compassionate individuals who will thrive in a person-centered care environment while providing 24-hour health care to the Sisters. Depending on position, duties include: assessing, developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, assisting our Sisters with various activities of daily living, and providing personal care. Candidates must hold a Pennsylvania license as an RN or LPN. Candidates for CNA/STNA must have achieved certification in PA or Ohio. Must be willing to work all shifts as needed.
