Full-Time Director of Resident Care

The Sisters of the Humility of Mary are looking for a full-time Director of Resident Care for a soon to be licensed 32-bed assisted living community. An RN with assisted living or personal care experience is preferred. The Director of Resident Care assumes twenty-four-hour responsibility and accountability for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the nursing department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Accountable for establishing and monitoring quality standards of care to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university; and 4 years related experience or 8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
